Natus Vincere (EU) are the Pro League Season 10 champions after defeating North American rivals, DarkZero Esports, 2 – 0 in the grand finale. Na’Vi left the crowd stunned after their swift victory over DarkZero, which few Rainbow Six Siege fans will have been able to predict.

Natus Vincere ran through DarkZero in the grand finale of the Rainbow Six Siege Pro League Season 10 Finals in Japan last weekend. Coming up from the European division of the Challenger League as MnM Gaming, Na’Vi has had to scrap every step of the way to get to where they are today.

Ben “CTZN” McMillan had an amazing show for Natus Vincere in the semifinal against Team Reciprocity. However it was Ellis “Pie” Pyart who stole the show in the Pro League Season 10 grand final and was deservedly awarded the title of MVP. Incidentally, Pie isn’t even a mainstay roster regular for the Rainbow Six Siege team, only meant to be a substitute for Jack “Doki” Robertson after the latter was suspended for Toxic Behavior originally.

Natus Vincere came into the championship considered possible long-shot title winners. In fact, several prominent figures in the Rainbow Six Siege esports community had pegged the European squad for champs even before the tournament had kicked off. The team had a fantastic run during their first season in the Pro League and even edged out G2 Esports to take their Pro League Season 10 finals slot.

Despite some close 2-1 wins, Na’Vi never seemed to be shaken by the losses. Even after a rough map-one in their matchup against Team Reciprocity, Natus Vincere struck back with a vengeance. Na’Vi delivered the type of performance Rainbow Six Siege fans expect to see out of a world-class team at an international LAN event. From Challenger League to Pro League Season 10 champions, Na’Vi have come full circle in just one season. With the Pro League Japan Finals concluded, fans can now look forward to seeing Na’Vi in the Six Invitational 2020 coming up in February next.
